You're going to be limited to 60 watts if using 4 ports, 120 if using 2. Depending on what packs you are charing that may extend the charing time.
I use a Turnigy QuadKore 4-port charge on my H+ packs. I can charge at 1C with no issues and could go higher if I wanted. 300 watts/channel. I've used this one for some time and its non-LiHV version before that. Been very happy with it. A 1C charge on the H+ packs is 91 watts. For the H it is 80 watts.
