Just got a q500 typhoon.

A friend of mine had a q500 typhoon, the 1080 version, and they weren't using it. I took it home and put everything together but was so disappointed when I saw that the batteries were swollen.. the gimbal had some issues that I fixed, and I don't know if the drone will power up. The controller appears to be fine and I don't think this drone was flown very much at all..before I buy a couple batteries I wanted to see if it would power up at all.I am in Northeast Florida and I'm looking for someone who has a battery that I can put in the drone to see if it will power on.. would it be wise to check out some of the RC shops nearby? Thanks for your input

I see no reason why it wouldn't power up, yea you can check around, try bestbuy ? If for some reason it doesnt power up what would you do with it, so I dont see a set back in buying the battery, or batteries, one battery wouldn't do much, so get two...
