Yes, i did some tests with this equipment. The precision of the location is very bad because it has not a real GPS, it uses radio location.
Next i bought this:

The precision is good because it has a built in GPS.

Most of these tracking devices use cell service to send the information to your phone. If you lose your drone in an area this is out of range you won't get a connection. So it will work well in an urban setting but probably not at all in remote areas.

And you will only lose your drone in an area with no signal, and lots of trees...

I have the trakimo but lost it in the house somewhere it's switched off so can't track it lol and this is ideal

Well I just purchased a new trackimo so let's see if I come across the one I have misplaced in the house lol
