A MN Walmart store. Even today the website says 29.95 per. I tried other stores but none in stock.

Refurbished for a bit less. Of course theres always a risk...

I have not seen cheap batteries on ebay but then again I'm only buying new BUT there are plenty of sales showing up even with buy it now for parts drones.
