Lost telemetrie data

Recently aI made some flights with my H520.
Afterwards I couldn't retrieve my logs. 4 flights made and only 3 to retrieve. And yesterday 1 flight where there wasn't any data recorded. I chekcked all setting, couldn't find anything.
Anny sugestions ?

Where are you pulling the logs from? The ST16S or directly from the H520?

Never done it directly from H520. I even don't know how to do this. Which micro USB port ? On the downside of the H520 or the E90 camera ?

You would connect the USB cable between your PC and the downside of the H520 airframe.

They can easily be extracted from the H520 using QGroundControl on a PC/laptop.

You can import those ULogs directly into DroneLogBook too. I am personally more comfortable with the integrity of the logs created directly on the H520 than the TLog and DroneLogBook files created on the ST16S controller.

Windows defender sure doesn't like it, since it isn't signed by a publisher. Is there a way to convert the ulog or tlog to a UTM file so I can upload it to Drone Logbook? One of my flights, the UTM wasn't created, and was 0MB in size. I was able to pull the 56MB ulog through (the tlog was 2MB).
