If you had a memory card in the craft itself, take it out, put it in its adapter, shove the adapter into a computer that accepts the card or use a [e.g. USB) card reader. Use a file manager app (e.g. windows explorer), find the memory card as a drive, explorer until you find the images.
I believe the manual that came with the Mantis Q covers this, but its been awhile since I opened that same manual.
