I keep trying to upload a picture and the system tells me that it is not a picture as expected. The picture was takes whit my "H". What's going on?

Are you trying to upload a JPG or a DNG ? Any online forum will only recognize a JPG.
Is this any JPG you try to upload... or just a specific one? If it's just a specific file, I'd try re-saving
that file, perhaps with a different program. I have an older version of Photoshop. I have found in
certain circumstances, that I have to resave an image file with a program called Pixillion in order to
open and modify in my version of Photoshop:
