I was formatting my sd card in the Typhoon H camera and suddenly I got a warning that obstacle avoidance had failed. My battery level was showing totally empty on the typhoon, but the lights on the drone were blue. I was doing this indoors so I did not start up the Typhoon, just had it turned on. I will try a new battery tomorrow. Does ob. avoidance shut down and a warning lock on the screen when the battery dies. (hope so.)

Obstacle avoidance only works when you are above 12 feet above takeoff or more. Leave the OBS switch in the off position at all other times.
You can format the SD card on your PC a lot easier and it really makes no difference in the camera. 32GB and less use FAT32, 64GB and above use exFAT. 128GB is the max size for the Yuneec cameras.
