After flying I plug my drone into my computer and open the files
the problem I am having there are black files with exec and white
ones blank.They won't open so I miss some of the shots of that day.
whats the trick?

Not positive on the Breeze but try powering up the drone and controller and shutting down the drone than the controller.

Breeze picture and video - location and download

Use that magnifying glass to search. Top right side of the forum But look in the Dcim folder for your JPG extension ,Mov. Or MP4. Extension Videos. Then cut and paste to your computer

Sorry to take so long responding to this post, but due to my recent back surgery I couldn't handle sitting at my computer.

I always backup my Breeze files to the computer.

1. Attach the microUSB cable to the Breeze and a computer USB port (PC already booted and running the OS) using the cable that came with the Breeze (it is known to carry both power and data lines).
2. Power on the Breeze.
3. Open the file browser on your PC, the Breeze will show up as a USB Drive.
4. Open the DCIM folder and then the 100Media folders.
5. You will then find up to 4 file types. They are:
a. THM files which are thumbnails displayed in the Breeze Cam Gallery.
b. JPG files which are photos taken with your Breeze.
c. 2nd files which are 720p videos and are the compressed files offered for download to your phone.
d. MOV files which are the videos taken by your Breeze.
