Hi ! Please tell me who to contact as I just purchased typhoon H and I have the same issue!!! And I also didn't change the password or set one up!!! I just ordered online new parts for my drone also and I've never flown it yet !!! Just one time but Gps was lost and made it almost hit my house so I quickly landed and went online and purchased the senser add on, sorry forget what it's even called.

The first thing to address is the password situation. Is this when you first power up the ST16 controller or is it asking for a password for the CGO3+ camera? If it is when you first power on the ST16 then I’m not sure how you flew it the one time. Let us know which is the case so you can be directed properly.
Addressing the GPS issue it is not uncommon to have a loss of GPS when using the drone after a long storage (2 weeks or more). You need to take the system outside with an open view of the sky (without tall trees or buildings nearby) for at least 15 minutes so it can acquire satellites and update the GPS ephemeris. After this you should have a solid purple status LED with a white flash every 3 seconds indicating both the drone and ST16 have good GPS acquisition.

when i first purchased the drone. i did the set u and everything was fine minus not having GPS, said disabled and nothing i could find would change this, when i tried flying it was stable and almost crashed so i didnt fly again and ordered GPS chip and real sense.
*Next time i turned the drone on this random password came on and it wont go away. i tried a link that a member posted , Steve i think, but it won't let me download it, says something about not being able to share or something like this, plus it brings me everytime to some site wanting my credit card info to down load drivers but couldnt tell if it was safe or not.
