Problem with connection

Hello,
I have a mantis q drone recently and from the beginning I have a problem with connection a drone with an Android smarfon. The drone easily connects to the controller, but when I want to connect the drone with the smarfon I have to scan the qr code several times to make the drone connect. It takes an incredibly long and frustrating time. I tried with three Android phones and the problem is still the same. Did anyone have a similar problem?

1. Open the app on the phone.
2. Connect it to the transmitter.
3. Turn on the transmitter.
4. Turn on the drone.

After a short wait, you should be connected. Is this the process you are using?
