purple lights flashing won't go solid

I can not take off in gps mode. I have 18 satellites on remote and 15-17 on h+. The rear lights won't go solid and the motors wont arm. I can initiate takeoff from the screen but it flashes all lights red and I have to manually lift off. Also if i toggle manual mode on it won't tun off unless I restart the h+. All updates are current, in angle mode, obstacle avoidance off.

I think your GPS module is broken.
