I don’t knowing this is normal. Just got my mantis q Friday. On my phone I noticed that the signal strength is 2 or 3 bars even next to the drone. Is there any thing I can do to fix this?

You should be connecting to the Mantis Q with the controller and the controller to the phone via USB cable.

Just make sure the controller is connecting to the camera and not the phone. Letting the phone get the video feed via WiFi can cause shorter camera feed range and cause a lag in the video. Try putting the phone in airplane mode so the cellular and WiFi are both off.
