Radio/wifi communication

Can somebody explain what the two signal symbols relate to in the attached photo? I have problems with loss of video from one of my E90's, and often shows only 2-3 bars in the triangle icon.
Is there some documentation somewhere which explains the radio/wifi communication between the RC and the drone/camera for the H520?

If you consistently have good signal with one E90 and intermittent poor signal with the other it sounds mostly like a bad antenna in the problem E90. Especially if the antenna bulb got bumped at some point. The E90 looks a little different, but the repair process is the same as for the CGo3+ addressed by @DoomMeister in this thread:

I'm curious about the orientation of the antenna. The mushroom antenna is omnidirectional but only in a circle around the circumference. Directly under or over this antenna is a dead zone. The flat panel is directional and only receives the signal when the flat surface is pointed directly at...

OK, thanks. That looks a bit advanced for my skills - have to send the camera to someone who can do that stuff.
But what about the two icons? What are they relating to?

The left icon is the WiFi ‘tornado’ the vertical bars to its right are the signal level indicator for the WiFi connection.

If you are connected to the camera it shows connection strength to the camera. If you have the ST16S connected to your home WiFi it reflects the signal strength of that connection.
