Has a y one tried to install the Spektrum RC SkyID Remote ID Module in the Q500? This unit is the most reasonable priced unit that I have been able to find.​

The effective date for RID has been pushed back to March.

That one, like so many others, is "pre-order". There was some babble about "early September". That didn't happen and there is no update on the website.

Maybe some two sided tape with a small external battery might work.
