Right Joystick Is Slow To Respond

In reviewing a lot of threads, it appears a common problem with the ST16 is the right joystick being slow to respond. So I have that issue as well. It seems like there's a secret process that I have yet to figure out how to do that might fix the issue.

It also appears that I should try to use compressed air to blow out the area around the joy stick.

Is there anything else I should be doing? The unit is under warranty. I bought it used.
