If it will work for the H520 it should be good for the H as well.

well we are about to be out of Q2 and into Q3 and still no updates from Yuneec in 3 months .

I have no information from Yuneec. However, I would be very surprised if the SDK became available before the H520 is ready for release - Yuneec have said they are currently testing the new machine, so it's probable that there will be a few last minute tweaks to the software that will affect the SDK. It would make sense then if they got the testing out of the way before handling third party developers.
