ST-16 Won't Bind to Drone

Having updated my ST-16 and Drone to the latest firmware I can bind the radio to the camera, but it will not find the drone. I have camera control but no flight controls. Any ideas?

Did you rock the H forward beyond 45 degrees twice to initiate the binding procedure on the H? Once you do that, the rear LED should flash a rapid orange. Then on your ST16, in the Bind page, click refresh. It should show up.
