After sitting for a few months I tried to fly my Q500. The touch screen on the ST10 appears to be "stuck" near the bottom of the screen. When in the keyboard mode the space bar icon flashes on and off about once/second. It tries to go to the setup screen when you turn it on. I have tried a reset. After a few hours I gave up and tried to contact Yuneec for repairs. They don't answer their phones, and they don't reply to live contact screen, or the repair link. Help?

Yes, fully charged. Tried online chat 12:30 EDT. Tried calling at the same time just got a recording., saying to call after 9:00 PDT on Monday. I called Monday and Tuesday. 18 months ago I had no problems getting a hold of the support people.
did you ever resolve this issue? My touchscreen icons (System Setting, Flight Settings, Model Select, volume, Home, Return) do not respond. Trying to find a solution.
