ST16 OTA update procedure

Hey Pilots,

How to properly setup my ST16 so it could hook up my wifi router to get upcoming firmware update through OTA?

The 5.8ghz channel suppose hooked up with the CGO3 camera. Could we still goto the PAD tab, choose setting and WIFI, hookup our indoor wifi network like a general Android device? Will this break the connection/ disrupting (e.g. break the bind) to the CGO3 connection?

Yes, you will use the 5.8GHz channel to connect to your home wifi, which will sever the camera connection (temporarily).

When you go into PAD, go into wireless settings and connect to your home router. IF you leave the tablet mode back into the flight mode, it will automatically disconnect your home wifi connection and re-connect to the camera (Bind is not broken). When you go back into the PAD mode, the wireless will still be disabled. All you have to do is go into wireless settings, select your home router, and select 'Connect'. It will connect for that session only.
