Struggling with Premiere Pro CC

I've hung in Youtube my first 4K video edited with Adobe Premiere Pro. It took me a lot of time and effort compared to MovieMaker, I think it doesn't worth. Transitions are not so soft and I haven't got a 4K screen to compare but to me the quality is even worst
