Trouble connecting to Mantis Q

Hi for jumping in but this is my first time and I don't know how to start a forum. my issue is that my Mantis Q keeps saying that it it " connected to another controller " even though I made sure it is not . So I can't even reset it . Please help .Thanks so much

Hello Alexa,

May I suggest you give the search feature a try, within this forum? Use your exact phrase “connected to another controller”.

There is at least one thread discussing your very issue.
