Most people want to slow it down for filming purposes. Have you checked the sticks in Hardware Monitor?
Is the Rabbit/Turtle slider all the way forward?

not to sure how to check the sticks in the monitor and yes the slider I have tried and made no difference, it turns extremely slow but if there is another way to calibrate it I would live to change it.
Select the tab at the bottom that says "Flight Settings". Then select Hardware Monitor. See if both sticks go full scale with the slider in Rabbit.
