Neither Baza Cat nor myself lay claim to being great Videographers, as you can see.
This is our first flight over a large lake, Rayburn Lake in East Texas. The combination of a new boat and a fine Fathers Day Sunday morning was a lure we could not resist.
A rising south wind at 15 MPH made takeoff and landing on the boat tense. Takeoff not so much, but landing...
For both we pulled into a cove out of the direct wind. The boat will run 50+ MPH, but we held top to 40. The lake is high and 50' tree stubs just below or at the surface are cause for concern. You'll also notice some trotline jugs go by. The TH, almost a year old, looked steady as a rock, never a sign of falling behind. Speed is highest toward the end.
