Typhoon H Plus "No SD Card"

Hello Pilots!
I have a Problem with my Yuneec Typhoon H Plus.
After a warrantly repair of my ST16+ (J1-4 was defect) I tried the copter and wanted to take a phot, but everytime I press the camera trigger button the ST16+ shows "No SD Card".
The SD-Card is the same as before the warrantly send-in. (SanDisk Extreme A1 32GB)

What I have already tried:

• Formating on PC as Fat32
• Formating inside the C23
  • That gives a "warning" Format SD succssesed, but in yellow colour
• Tried a SanDisk Extreme Pro microSDXC UHS-1 Card with 128GB without formating
• reseted the ST16+
• deleted the firmware files in file directory and downloaded the updates again, everything up-to-date

I would be happy if someone would have a solution for this issue, i don't want to send in my drone again to asia for 8 weeks...
If something is not understandable please ask for it, english is not my first language, but I tried to do my best.
