Typhoon H3 please help

I have a Typhoon H3. Brand new never been crashed. The drone will fly and turns on just fine. The camera wont initialize it works fine, records and takes pics but just flops around. Anyone have any info on this? Thanks

The gimbal board is not initializing. You can try to reset it, but otherwise this camera needs to be returned for warranty work.
The images are from a CGo3 series camera. The L1 buttons work the same. They are under the slide door for the SD card. The CGo3 image in the link below tells what each button is for:

ST16S change firmware to work with H3?

Can anyone help? I've seen posts about this, but have a specific question. I have an H3 and I have an opportunity to buy an additional ST16S that I would like to use as a second controller for the camera. The ST16S' firmware is not for the H3. Can I get the firmware on the ST16S changed to work...

send it to Vertigo drones to get it fixed
