I had to ship my H and ST16 back to the UK for repairs last week, just a positive word for anyone who is concerned, they turned it around the same day they received it and I had it back - shipped in 1 week from the time I shipped it out.

I had to return my H as it flew away, Yuneec UK had it 3 weeks before I got it back.
They had to do a bit of work on mine which id rather than sending it out not properly fixed.
Can't fault Yuneec UK I was a happy customer also.

Well they say on their site that they strive for a 24hr turn around, defiantly was the story in my case.
