Im very interested to read your observations after a flight or two!

Any antenna has its resonance frequency. These are not long enough to be used for the 2.4 GHz band. Of course, the free longer dimension is not OK either. Necessary to match the feeder and the aerial.

If it's a lambda/4 antenna then it may match. Only from picture we cannot identify it.
But the question is if it is better than stock antennas. I doubt. Stock antenna is a bit longer than lambda/2 with stub for impedance matching. Hard to say if this is well done or not. I hope Yuneec has better measurement equipment compared to our eyes.

Such rubber antennas usually are the same wire antennas lambda/4 or lambda/2 with stub matching for WiFi band.
SR24 has 2405MHz to 2475MHz. Middle is 2440MHz and lambda/4 is the around 30,75mm.
