Upgrading from GoPro to 4K

Hi,
I've been having problems with my GoPro not linking up to my controller. I've emailed Yuneec they sent me instructions on how to link it, still no success. I'm tired of it and was wondering if I could just buy the CGO3 and bind it up and it work?

That's what I did with mine. Just bind the camera and away you go.
