What does this mean?

It's been a couple hours since your last update, so I don't know if you were able to get it resolved. I think you were in the OTA update process?
1.) Where you able to complete the update?
2.) If not, where are you in the process?
3.) What was the original build?
4.) Were you trying to go to any Build other than Build 822 on the normal OTA site?
 
This is very likely not a problem with a new aircraft and comes from trying to update without following the procedure to the letter.

If you are getting a new from the factory system you should have tried flying it before trying to do any kind of update. This is to verify that the system is functional before trying to do any kind of update.

If you are purchasing a refurbished unit it should already have been updated before being shipped to you.
