Now I want to find the cause and solution.
You do not have a connection to the update server. It does not show an available update nor does it show any downloaded updates. Until an update is downloaded to the controller you can’t update.
The Yuneec download servers have been out of service for several days. It is possible the update servers are also being changed?
If you can't access the Yuneec servers, you can do an update using SD Cards. The instructions are in Attachment 30 (SD Card Upgrade/Downgrade H Plus Firmware) in the PDF document attached to "Way To Fix Drones project".
