Had cause to contact Yuneec service in the UK a couple of times over the last year.

I just wanted to tell everyone that their helpfulness and speed of response is OUTSTANDING.

Well done Yuneec UK

Anyone thinking about buying a Yuneec product can be sure of good after sales service in the UK.

They still haven't sorted out the weather though!

Good to know as I am thinking about going with the Typhoon H later this year. Which reseller did you purchase from, I was thinking qaudcopters.co.uk as they have always been pretty good with DJI kit?

I think most UK retailers are OK.
I have used "Wireless Madness" and "The drone specialist" - both gave good prices and service.

Hi pilots, can you load up the new updates of the ST16 and typhoon H on the same SD10 micro card and put it both without cocking up the programmes or do you download the updates on separate cards,

Hi, can anyone tell what is going wrong please. I have the ST1 and tyhpoon H. and have tried to recharge the ST1 control battery, I have power to the charger, flashes blue, green and red, then to flashing green ready for charging, the control lights up the battery symbol then goes out. The charger is still flashing green with no battery symbol descending and ascending red light. I have tried to jiggle the connections the battery symbol lights up again then goes out. Is the USB lead from charger to control at fault. Or could it be the pin socket lead that goes into the charger. Anyway the battery symbol shows white all the time.

Clive, that's normal for charging the ST16. As you insert the charger plug the screen will briefly light up and go back out while the charger itself will continue to flash green if there is no flight battery in it.

Don't worry, it's charging the ST16 battery. It's very slow, may take 2-3 hours. While it's charging, you can touch a finger to the ST16 screen and it will briefly show an icon of the charge status.

BTW, when you have a problem with your Typhoon H, post it in the TH Discussion or Help area, more people will see it.

Thank you Rayray for that, much appreciated

Hi Rayray, tried to charge battery, did for seven hours still no luck not even a glimmer, do you reckon it's the battery?. Still have the blinking green light on charger. Thanks

Yikes! Time to call the man (or woman)! A new unit? It will not turn on? Call Yuneec.

Did do Rayray, turns out the whole battery icon says it's fully charged. Being a bit of a novice finding my way around this is a bit daunting, wish the instruction manual was a bit more forth coming, guess I shall have to view more video tutorials. Have to say Yuncee were brilliant and didn't demise me for being a novice. Once again thank you.
