I am certainly not a fortune teller but I would venture a guess that Casey's H will have a life expectancy of about 2 minutes. Give or take 2 minutes.

Hi, purchasing a Typhoon H this weekend . I wanted to tether the S16 via HDMI to my television the same way you would goggles. My question is, can I still control the drone outside while I and the controller sit comfortably in the living room ? Thanks.

If you are in the US , the FAA would be after you. If in Canada, Transport Canada would be after you. It's illegal, dangerous, and part of the reason all the regulations get more complicated.
You have an accident and start a fire(lipo battery) somewhere, hit a car or person, you will be on the news, and maybe worse.
