My video recordings tend to freeze briefly and jump a little bit. Is there a different setting that my camera needs to be on or is my sd card they provided me too slow?

Ok thanks. I bought it brand new. Why would they put it on there if it causes an issue?

My st16 has play store already installed. I put in my google account and password. Everytime i hit play store though it tells me it it has stopped. How do i correct this?
