I purchased two H's on Black Friday 2018 (half price of my first one) with the thought of it is probably on its way out. I had NOT thought about the availability of new fresh batteries. The hunt begins!

Do you even own a Typhoon H? If you do, would you like to sell it to me - like real cheap?? Seeing how dangerous it is and all.... I'll fly it straight into the lake, and no person will be harmed by the evil, awful Yuneec Typhoon H.

Amen! Let me say "here here" to you thanking those named above for putting out good info via YouTube. I am heavily invested in Yuneec drones - love them - but.... the other day, a co worker let me fly his Mavic 2 - holy smokes.....ah, the problems of first world America.....

Thanks for the feedback thus far - I'll take more! Note: I do not believe the unit to be a refurb. Was not advertised as such, and packaging seems to be factory. My theory is this reseller bought a ton of aged product, and blew it out the door on Black Friday.

I just purchased my third Typhoon H on Black Friday - just received it, and it obviously is an older model. Only two antenna's, long toggle switches on ST 16. the loaded firmware is 3.01 B18 which seems to be very old. I have not flown the bird yet. My other two H's have flown great right...

I always have two - one in the bird, and one in the bag. If I get some, what I think is exceptional footage, at next battery change, I change the card also, just in case something happens to the H. (I fly over water a lot.)

I fly over the water about 85% of the time. While I don't recommend starting out flying over water, as your skill and comfort level with the H increase, begin taking short flights and continue to build skill and confidence. The H is perfectly able to handle flying over water- it is not...

While I don't always use filters, when I do, I use Polar Pro Stay flying, my friends!
