Hi all, when I charge the batteries on my Q500 using the factory supplied charger they always blink red and green but I never get a solid green for a charge. Seems to be charging though. Suggestions?

The best investment for your batteries is a battery volt tester. They're not that expensive and it will let you know if your batteries are fully charged. I don't know if you're letting them charge long enough to see the solid green.
