Advice sought newbie

hello everyone
I thank you from the uk for being here and hope my question is not something asked over and over

I have just today purchased a tornado h920 and it's almost cost me my marriage as well (fingers crossed she goes)

With the tornado comes a st24 and a st12

All I want to know is how do I make them go into team mode so I can fly and my friend can control The camera
