Alternative to RealSense?

Does anyone know if there is an alternative for the real sense module?

My alternative is to use none. I don't fly through trees if possible and it's like flying in turtle mode which I can do anyway.

But, as for your question, no, there is no substitute. Keep in mind there is obstacle avoidance built in which will detect larger obstacles like a wall.

I agree totally with you Steve.
But if you want to use it in follow mode, the obstacle avoid what is in the typhoon. Doesn’t work good enough.

While low level flying...as in above my roof and other surfaces, I like how the belly sensors assist me in not getting too low.
