To answer your question directly, yes but not very fast. The problem is in the overall life of the battery if you do that. It's (life of the battery) very much reduced in a very short time.
You want to do a "Storage Charge" if they will be sitting more than a few days regardless of how old they are. Storage charging brings the battery to 50% charge.
Start from the onset to get the max life out of your batteries.
If your charger doesn't have a "Storage" setting, fully charge the battery and take the Q up for a flight.
When voltage indicated in the box is around 11.4 Volts bring the Q in for a landing.
it's a really crude way to get to about 50% but it works until you can get a better charger.
