Looking for battery advice. 1.) best place to buy a new battery for my Typhoon H. 2.) looking for a good battery tester to buy because 1 of the 3 batteries I currently have is bad and I don’t know which one. Thank you!

Search eBay for Utrax Typhoon H. I bought 2 for $125 from the seller stormerhobbies .

The the battery checker which plugs into the balance connector of the cable -

You can get both for under $20.
As far as batteries I went with the Powerextra batteries. They got a good review from Capt Drone and came with Lipo Safes. I've also heard good and bad about the Gifi Power Batteries.
For the charger, I went with the EV Peak dual port charger. It has a nice storage mode feature which takes the cells down to the 50% storage voltage.

Once I slapped the Yuneec sticker over the EV Peak, It looks just like the Yuneec Dual port DY5 charger for the H520, except this one is actually the DY3 for the Typhoon H.
