Battery internal resistance

I recently picked up a charger that also measures internal resistance. After looking into this I now realize this is a fairly important little number which can be an indicator of overall battery health. I have no data to share since I did not know this was a thing until a few days ago. But could someone let me know what would be considered good/fair/poor readings for internal resistance for the Q500 batteries? Also can you predict flight time based on internal resistance (all things being equal)
My batteries are all relatively the same. around 6 or 7milliohms /cell
Cheers,
NC

Those are good readings. If you treat your batteries well they should stay in the single digits for quite awhile.
