Battery not charging

I keep getting an error light on the charger with one of my batteries ?
Any ideas on this ? The other batteries charge OK

Use a volt meter to check individual cell voltages. The result may provide the answer.

If the cells are too far out of balance, the stock charger will not charge the battery. You might have better luck with an after-market charger. A voltage meter will tell you the cell voltages. You could also pick up a LIPO voltage tester such as:

It will test and compare the cells. I wouldn't be without one.

Thanks I will try that........I am new with this drone have a phantom 4 which is a different animal
