My phone shows that I installed the 'Breeze Cam' app but there is no icon or any way to start app.

Did you check your app drawer? It may not have put it on one of your home pages, but may have installed it in the main App location.
Two things to try.
1) reboot the phone, and check again.
2) Try downloading the app again. Make sure you are getting it from google play store.
Most recent version is 1.4.7.
