Breeze Wifi Working?

I recently crashed my Breeze, entirely my fault, and need the following for damage assessment.
When I power-up Breeze, should I be able to see the Breeze on a WIFI analyzer?

I think the only thing you would see would be the 5.8GHz video signal. You need a dual wifi compatible phone or tablet in order to see that.

Crashed my Breez today. My HTC normally would recognize the Breeze but after the crash no more. Then I read a solution for restoring a WIFI connection:
Search in your IOS or Android device, all connected WIFI connections. Find the Breeze connection. Tap it. Forget it. Restart the phone. Find in the WIFI your Breeze and connect.
