Cam don't tilt down..

Hi, suddenly the cam only points straight and will not tilt up and down when turtle/rabbit. When S1 down the cam points up . The 360 works ok. It's crisis..I have job to do... Help pls.

Try removing the camera and cleaning the contact points. That’s all I can think of.
