Can't Load GUI Software

I have been trying to load the GUI software on my computer. I cannot get it to load, it looks for an app to load it. I have an HP Pavilion AMD A-105700 APU 12 GB of RAM running 64 Operating System.

I spoke with Marlyn from customer service who got me in contact with a Technician. The technician told me there should be no issue and that other people with windows have no issue loading the software.

Here are screen shots of the process.

# 1 clicked on the download button

#2 I clicked save (saved to my desktop)

#3 I clicked on the icon on the desktop

#4 this is the option that popped up

#5 clicked on "look for an app in the Store"

#6 if you right click what is on the desktop (see #3). Here are the 3 windows.

I have tried to use the "OPEN" button (see #2) and the process is the same.

Thank You. I have got everything updated except the controller. It keeps giving me a time out failure. I will search the site for help. I appreciate the fast response!

I have got everything updated except the controller. It keeps giving me a time out failure.

The file in the "Firmware" folder is not being seen by the box.
Move that file from the folder and have it show with the "updates" file. Not in the "update" file but with the file.
Currently you should be seeing three things on the card... "Updates,Firmware folder and ST10+ firmware update instruction".
Move the firmware FILE to show on the card as "Updates, the firmware FILE and the instructions file"
See if the box will locate the file now.
