CGO3 Camera firmware update?

Hi everyone, So I am newbie (Oh I hate that name) but hey everyone once was at some point in their life
So I am just getting ready to finally get this thing in the air, I figured let me update all firmware before getting this off the ground. I updated ST10+ and the Bird, Now I am curious I don't see much info or video for the
CGO3 Camera which they offer an update on firmware on yuneec site but no instructions. Also there is two choices link 1 (Standard; do not update Standard with EU)
link 2 (EU; do not update EU with Standard)
Can anyone help out please which one to choose, the differences between them and how to update the firmware for the CGO3

Did you ever figure it out?

I believe I have the latest update as nothing happens during the update process, i.e. camera LED turning purple, camera shuts off, etc. It just keeps blinking green...
