You simply press and hold the "Storage" button until the screen says "Storage" instead of charge.

Thank You! Discharging now. How often would you recommend discharging the H Batteries to keep them trained to last longer/keep them in good condition?

Conventional wisdom is that if you're not going to fly on a fully charged battery for a couple of weeks you're better off discharging it to "storage" level. Prior to flying again simply charge it. If it's going to be a long time until the next flight periodically check the battery to make sure its at "storage" level.
