Trying to charge a Venom 7300 mAh LiHV

Last time I did a storage charge was last spring. Tried to charge it today and I get a 'Battery VOL err' 'Cell Low Vol'

When I check the battery meter with a Venom ProDuo charger, it shows 6 read outs and 2 of them are at 0.00

Is there any chance this battery can be resurrected? I've tried to contact Venom but they have gone out of business in the US.

Unfortunately, it's time to retire and replace that one. You may be able to boost the dead cells enough for the charger to kick in, but they will not have any flight time to speak of, and will rapidly proceed to complete failure.
Given the risks and consequences of failure, it is not a good idea to do anything except properly dispose of that battery.
