Crashed my H last night. Was taking pictures of fireworks and came in, changed battery and went to take off. Went straight up and before i had a chance to do anything else it took off headed for the woods and went really fast. My only reaction was to hold the throttle up to try and gain altitude and not hit the trees but unfortunately that didn't work. I am just wondering what caused it to behave so erratically? I checked my st16 settings and I wasn't in smart mode or anything crazy.

Wonder if you lost gps

It looks a little goofy. I lost it almost right after take off as you can see it went up and I moved towards the lake and it just drifted backwards. Responding to no controls but I had no alarms on my screen. Spent about an hour at the last recorded location with no luck searching for it.

Can you upload the Remote_00052.csv file as a zip as well?

The only path I saw the drone take I highlighted in red. It sounded like it crashed very quickly so I wonder if the gps chip was acting up and it never even took those other pathsView media item 830

I was browsing my uav toolbox trying to see if I could find anymore data, and if I go to watch media section I can view all the pictures that I took before I crashed. Is there a way to retrieve these? I had some killer photos I was more bummed about than loosing the drone. Just cant seem to find them in the file browser anywhere.

There will be reduced resolution pictures stored on the ST16.

The problem is with the controller. The right stick left/right is nearly stuck. The yaw is also not returning to exactly zero.
Turn on the ST16, open Hardware Monitor and check the sticks. They should return to exactly zero and be very responsive to stick movement. If they are sluggish or don't return to zero they need cleaned.

Chances of recovery have significantly diminished. The only chance would be spotting it from the air, but that is unlikely at this point. The telemetry shows some problems which hopefully will be addressed by Yuneec.
